Personal cards

These cards were made with the recipient's hobbies and interests in mind.

A fairy (with quilled wings) blowing bubbles over a night city. A quilled fringed flower and embossed text complete the look.


Paper, cloth, ribbon, tiny pearls and thread. Can a card cosplay?

Spring Flowers

Cards with quilled easter lilies.



The patterned paper is hand stamped with watermark ink on green and yellow paper.

Cupcake card

A quilled cupcake.
The dotted paper is made by gluing punched brown dots on pink paper.

Dresses and anemones

I made four different ones of these cards for (grand)mothers. These were made on pearl and metallic cards, and on the outside is a dress made with iris folding (right) or cut out and decorated with ribbon and stamping (left), and some lace, ribbon and a small quilled rose.



Inside is a seven flower popup of blue and white anemones, the traditional Mother's Day flowers.

Plum Blossoms

Two quilled plum blossom cards.

One has a blossoming tree popup inside.



The other has seven flower popup.

Architecture card

A step pyramid pop up, which won't stay flat without the help of a ribbon tied around the card. The pop up is made of a bit too sturdy paper...

Bouquet card

A 3d bouquet on the outside, made of store-bought tiny roses, paper, ribbon, cellophane, etc.

Inside, a slightly modified amazing seven flower pop up (made of origami paper), as shown on Extreme Cards and Papercrafting.

With Love

Two cards with quilling and gold outline stickers.

Roses for mothers

Quilled roses and swirls on the outside, a spiral pop-up with punched butterflies on the inside.

Christmas Fairy

Green & small red cards with a fairy stamped and embossed (crystal embossing powder) on them.



Red ones had a simple Christmas tree pop-up inside:

Kittens & flowers, and cake

Simple cards, one with a bouquet of flowers, other one with two kittens.
Inside there are pop-ups: A flower pop up in the bouquet card, and a birthday cake in the kitten card.



Flower pop-up is based on the V-fold, cake is based on the box method. Exellent tutorials for pop-ups can be found at Extreme Cards and Crafts: here's the V-fold.

Iris folding clover

Four leaf clover card made with iris folding, decorated with ribbon and stamped congratulations.
